Note of the movable goods existing in the house of Don Francesco di Mura by the scribe of the Sacro Regio Consiglio Ignazio Spadetta, with the intervention of the commissioner Cito by virtue of the decree of the 19th of the said month and year […]. [2r] Die 20 mensis Augusti 1782, Neapoli. Mobile goods found in the house where the late Don Francesco de Mura lived, which are noted by me, the undersigned scribe of the Sacred Royal Council, with the intervention of the illustrious Marquis Don Carlo Cito, commissioner of the case, by virtue of the decree issued by the same on the 19th of the current month and year, as from the acts, are namely.
Hall
Two Landscapes, one of 3 palms by 2½ and the other 3 palms by 2, with frames gilded with mixture.
A painting representing the Triumph of Judith, with a few finished figures, 4 palms by 6, and it is said to be by the youths who are copying it.
Two frames without paintings, of 6 and 8 palms, gilded.
Two barrels with little grain inside.

First Antechamber
A sketch (macchia) of the Assumption from the Annunziatella, 4 palms by 10, without frame.
Two overdoors: in one there is Aurora and Tithonus with cherubs, fruit and other things, 3½ palms by 7; and the other is the sketch for the Royal Palace representing the same; without frames.

1 sketch of 5 palms by 6 without frame: represents the remainder of the cupola of San Giuseppe de’ Ruffi.
Another sketch, of 2 palms by 3½, executed in the bedroom of the Marquis Berio, in which is seen painted Cupid and Psyche, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus. A very small portrait of 1 palm by 1½ full-length.

1 bed valance for use of the bed of the late Don Francesco, of yellow damask with white silk fringes and braid, with matching small cover.

1 painting without frame, of 5 palms by 7, with the effigy of the Dream of Saint Joseph, and it is said to be by the youth of Don Francesco.

[17v] It is noted that of the below-written cash noted as 107.45 ducats, a credit note has been formed by the lawyer Don Giovanni Battista Gallotta in his name for the Banco San Giacomo, with the date 22 August 1782, made over to the estate of Don Francesco de Mura, and this note has been placed with the others noted.
Coach House
1 set of harness with two brass pieces at the head, with brass buckles inside and out.
1 set of harness with brass buckles and with brass over the crupper.
2 sets of headpieces also fitted with brass.

Which aforesaid items, as noted above, by order of the illustrious Marquis Don Carlo Cito commissioner, have been consigned to the person designated by the signori governors of the sacro Monte delle Sette Opere della Misericordia with the exception of the silver and gold and the cash, which have been consigned to the lawyer Don Giovan Battista Gallotti, who have obliged themselves as below and in faith.
